The current costs of hire as at 1st August 23 are as follows:-
Functions
- Day and/or evening hire with or without Bar £ 10.00 per hour.
Childrens’ Parties
- £10.00 per hour (No Bouncy Castles permitted inside any of our halls).
Casual Bookings
- £10.00 per hour – Community & Business Rate
Funerals
- Free to families of deceased Halewood residents
Damage Bond
A Damage Bond of £150 (returnable) at the absolute discretion of the Town Manager applies but will be taken for all 18th/21st birthday parties.
Arncliffe Centre – Projector & Screen
AV equipment use is accommodated in the flat rate charge, and what is termed “direct-use” of the projector and large screen, whereby “a laptop provided by the hirer is directly plugged into the system for the purposes of delivering a presenation or for a private event for displaying either a dvd or a disk containing family/personal photographs for repetition during the evening, such as for a special birthday or anniversary”.
