Transport Issues – Town Council Meeting of 18th November
Halewood Town Council has received a number of queries from residents concerned about transport issues across the township. A number of residents have raised those concerns at Public Forum before Town Council meetings. Residents’ concerns were then raised with the office of Steve Rotherham, the Metro Mayor for the City Region.
We are pleased to report that Mr. Rotherham’s office responded positively to our communication. Consequently, before the Halewood Town Council meeting scheduled for Thursday 18th November, Cllr Liam Robinson, Portfolio Holder for Transport and Air Quality and Chair of the Transport Committee, will attend the meeting on behalf of the Mayor and speak with Councillors and residents about the issues faced by so many people in Halewood.
