This years Christmas Lights were due to be installed at Halewood Shopping Centre for this evening (Friday 14th November).
Unfortunately due to the high winds and weather conditions this has been delayed.
We will be seeking to have them installed as soon as we can next week.

Art & Craft Exhibition
Entry Form

The CultureFest Exhibition gives the opportunity for experienced and new artists and craft makers to enable their work to be seen and appreciated by the general public.

The exhibition is staged in St Mary’s Church, Leathers Lane, Halewood,
on Friday 20th June,
& Saturday 21st June 2025.
The exhibition is open from 10am – 3pm each day.

There is a wide range of categories, and we love to exhibit innovative ideas.
Categories include artwork of different mediums, wood turning, embroidery, textiles, card making, and many more.

Entries are limited to 3 exhibits per person per category (we reserve the right to select exhibits from entries based on available space).

If you are interested in displaying work, please fully complete an entry form and return it no later than Monday 2nd June 2025 to 42 Torcross Way, Halewood , or 48 Trispen Close Halewood or St Nicholas Centre, Church Road, Halewood.

Exhibits should be delivered on Thursday 19th June 2025 between 10am and 12 noon to St Mary’s Church, Leathers Lane, Halewood (entry from the car park off Hillingdon Rd by the fire exit. ).

We can accept no liability for loss or damage to exhibits.

PICTURES, IF NOT FRAMED, MUST BE MOUNTED, PREFERABLY IN WHITE OR CREAM. FRAMES MUST BE STRUNG READY TO HANG.

All items must be clearly labelled with the name of the exhibitor.

All exhibits must be collected after the close of the Exhibition on Saturday 21st June (between 3.00-5.00 pm).

This course is part of a wider public health research project called ReCITE, led by the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.

These 6-week workshops provide a safe space for individuals to explore and share their healthcare experiences through storytelling, with professional guidance from writers Louise Fazackerley and Claire Beerjeraz. Participants will develop their stories, which may be transformed into multimedia outputs and shared amongst local communities, health practitioners and policy makers, designed to highlight issues and inspire positive change.

Participants will be financially compensated for their time commitment and the usage of their stories in this research project.

We are looking for people who:
– are over 18
– live in Knowsley
– have lived experience of barriers to accessing healthcare
