New Mayor for 2023/24

Halewood Town Council held its Annual Meeting on Thursday 11th May. At the meeting, Cllr Iain Hamilton was elected as Mayor and Chairperson for the 2023/24 Municipal Year, with Cllr Clare Rose elected as Deputy Mayor and Deputy Chairperson. The Town Council congratulates both members on their elections into these important roles. In his speech of acceptance, Cllr Hamilton praised the work of outgoing Mayor Cllr Barbara Dunn and all retiring Councillors. He also looked forward to leading Halewood through the coming year.
