PROPOSED NEW DOG CONTROL MEASURES
Knowsley Council has launched a consultation on a proposed new Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) that will cover new initiatives and existing measures to promote responsible dog ownership in the borough, including use of public green spaces.
The consultation opened on 23 March 2017 and closes at 5pm on Thursday, 18 May 2017.
